Graham Thomson has over 30 years experience in construction and major projects around the world. Prior to joining Affinitext Graham was a partner with international law firm, Mallesons Stephen Jaques, based in Hong Kong and previously was a partner with Masons.
Graham specializes in innovative project documentation and has a track record in using technology in finding solutions to complex problems on major projects. With an international reputation for facilitating resolution of complex legal and commercial disputes, Graham was named by Euromoney 2004 as a Leading Lawyer in Arbitration.
Graham was also seconded for a considerable period of time to a major Asian infrastructure client as its Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to embarking on his legal career, Graham qualified as an engineer and spent 10 years in large scale international project management. This unique combination of international engineering and legal experience makes Graham a sought-after expert on innovative project documentation.
Apart from his extensive knowledge of engineering and construction law, Graham has a keen interest in information technology and has played an intricate part in the creation of several software packages for the management of documentation during construction projects. His involvement in Affinitext is a natural progression of this experience, and has seen Affinitext enable efficient and successful execution of major projects around the world.
