Ed Adams has over 15 years senior experience in international finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. Ed was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Technology for Mirant Corporation the leading gas marketer in the United States at the time, and was Chief Financial Officer for the Asian subsidiary of the Southern Company, the largest electric utility in the United States. Ed has also held senior roles at other South Company subsidiaries, at First Financial Management Corporation, Chase Manhattan Bank, and Data General. Having completed more than $2 billion of international bank and capital market financings and more than $1.5 billion of acquisitions and divestitures Ed became convinced of the need for a product like Affinitext.
