ongoing management
The Melbourne wholesale fruit, vegetable and flower market is an essential link in the Australian distribution channel for the fruit, vegetable and flower industries, with annual turnover in excess of $1.6 billion and over 3000 people at the market every night. The market is relocating to Epping, in Melbourne's north, and being redeveloped into a modern, innovative and efficient fresh produce trading and distribution precinct. Affinitext was used to manage the head contractor procurement phase of the project and is currently being used to assist in the delivery of this major project.
