Affinitext enables State-wide transport
change management
From 2007 to 2009 the Victorian State Government in Australia undertook a worldwide competitive tender for the operation of Melbourne's train and tram networks. The Government used Affinitext to manage the complexities of implementing a very complex suite of contractual documents, including several multi-party contracts, to run $1B p.a. contracts for the provision of rail-based public transport. Affinitext is now being used by the Public Transport Division as the fundamental tool to progressively to drive change and efficiencies throughout the State’s metropolitan and regional transport operations for trams, trains and buses.
