Local Partnerships is jointly owned by HM Treasury and the Local Government Association. We provide the public sector with commercial expertise and know-how. Local Partnerships and Affinitext present the new Local Partnerships Procurement Pack Portal containing access to all local authority sector specific guidance and SoPC4 compliant model contracts for PFI projects developed by Local Partnerships. These packs are now free to download in Word format to facilitate improved access for practitioners and project directors who may be developing PFI or other major projects.
