NEOM’s Affinitext Online Library, is an intelligent platform designed to simply the understanding and management NEOM’s high value, complex capital works contracts.
For each region, the Library comprises all:
> Standalone contracts
> Framework Agreements
> Works and Service Orders
> Amendments and Variation Orders; and
> Employer Requirements
User permissions and access is determined by NEOM Legal, Regional Directors and/or Client Administrators. All of NEOM, its advisors and Project Management Companies are entitled to access the Library.
The Library is updated daily. Regional rollout is being undertaken in tranches. Once a region has been delivered, it is then maintained to ensure that users are able to access all new contracts and amendments. New contracts and amendments are sourced from Unifier, and then made available in Affinitext within two weeks of being added to Unifier.
